Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how A7 CLOUD LLC ("A7 CLOUD", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the OmegaSeer and Tiên Tri websites at omegaseer.com and tientri.net and their related features (the "Service"). A7 CLOUD is the controller of your personal data. Words defined in our Terms of Use have the same meaning here. We offer the Service only in the countries and territories listed in Section 3 of the Terms of Use, and block access from everywhere else.

2. Information We Collect

(a) Information you give us when you create an account

• Email address, used to sign you in, confirm your account and send service messages.
• Password, if you choose to set one. We store only a salted, one-way hash, never the password itself.
• Passkey, if you choose one: the public key and credential ID created by your device. Your fingerprint, face scan or device PIN never leaves your device, and we never receive it.
• Birth profile: the name, sex, birth date, birth time and birthplace you enter for readings. We save it to your account when you sign up or sign in, encrypted with a key unique to your account, and use it only to fill in your reading forms. You can change or delete it in your account settings.

(b) Information created when you use your account

• The time your email address was confirmed, your account role and the date your account was created.
• Your coin balance and the free coins granted to you.
• Your chest: for each kind of ticket (such as Tử Vi for 10 years), each kind of card draw and each reading (your day, a dream, your home, your charts and your palm), only the latest one, kept as a short code: which reading it is, the period it covers, the cards you picked, the entries our books found for your dream or your home (for example "Snakes" or "Mirrors"), or the palm drawings you picked, and the date. It is encrypted with the same key as your birth profile and holds no reading text, none of the words you typed and no pictures; the reading is rebuilt from the code by our books each time you open it. A new ticket, draw or reading of the same kind replaces the old one. The full text of your latest day, dream and home readings, and the words you typed for them, are kept only on your device, so you can open them again there exactly as you got them.
• Seer conversation, ticket and dream reading records: when each opened and closed, its type, and the number of AI tokens it used. These records do not contain your messages or readings.
• The versions of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy you accepted, and when.
• Sign-in records: login sessions and one-time sign-in links, which we store only as hashes with an expiry time.

(c) Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number or bank details. From the payment processor we keep a payment record: the processor and its transaction reference, the amount, the number of coins, the status and the time.

(d) Technical information

When you visit the Service, Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes your IP address, browser and device type, and request details in order to deliver pages, protect the Service against attacks and abuse, run bot checks (Cloudflare Turnstile) on sign-up, sign-in and readings opened without an account, and keep short-term security logs. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

3. Information We Do Not Store

We do not store on our servers your home or desk directions, charts, readings, dream or home descriptions or Seer conversations. Your birth profile and your chest are stored only as described in section 2.

• Free features are calculated in your browser. To show the meanings from our books, your browser asks our server for the passages that match your result, by reference number only (for example, a star and the palace it sits in); your name and birth details are not sent with that request, and our server does not keep it. Apart from that, saving your birth profile to your account and keeping the code of your latest card draw or reading in your chest, your inputs are not sent to us.
• Tickets and readings in your chest: a ticket's full report, or a reading you open again from your chest on another device, is built on our server from its code and our books, without AI. Our server does not keep the report text; only the code stays in your chest. When you ask the Seer about your latest dream or home, your browser may send the words you typed for it, kept on your device, for that answer only.
• The Seer: when you send a message, your browser sends the reading details the Seer needs, the chest items you bring into the conversation and your last few messages to our server, which passes them to our AI provider to generate a response. To add what others have written, our server may also send your question, with the name of the reading (for example "tarot"), to our web search provider; it never sends your name, email or birth details there. Our server does not keep the content after the response is delivered.
• Dream readings: the dream you describe is sent through our server to our AI provider, which matches it to entries in our dream books and writes the reading; the description may also go to our web search provider as described for the Seer. Our server does not keep the description after the response is delivered.
• Feng shui readings: the description of your home you type is matched by our server to our feng shui books, which give the reading; it is not sent to our AI provider or our web search provider unless you then ask the Seer about your home, as described for the Seer. Do not include an address. Our server does not keep the description after the response is delivered; only the topics the books found stay in your chest.
• Palm readings: you pick which hand to read and, at each step, the drawing that matches your palm. We save these picks (one short label per step, such as "heart line: under the first finger") with your birth profile, encrypted in the same way, so your reading opens on any device. We never ask for, receive or process a photo of your hand, and the picks are not a record of your hand's geometry.

4. Your Device: Local Storage and Cookies

The Service uses your browser's local storage to keep, on your device only, your language choice, your birth profile and palm picks (so a reading you start before signing up can be saved to your account), your Seer conversations and dream readings, and display preferences. When you sign in, we set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly and Secure and is used for no other purpose. It lasts while you use the Service and ends after 7 days in which you do not use it.

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising or analytics, so we do not show a cookie banner. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time. Clearing them deletes readings and conversations saved on that device, and we cannot recover them.

Share links you create hold the reading inputs after the "#" in the link. Browsers do not send that part of a link to our server, but anyone you share the link with can see those inputs.

5. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data only for the purposes below. For people in the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the United Kingdom, the table also shows our legal basis under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use your inputs or conversations to train AI models.

6. How We Share Personal Data

We share personal data only as follows:

• Service providers that process data for us under contract and only on our instructions: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database, backups, email delivery and bot protection), the email delivery service we use when it is not Cloudflare (Resend, Mailgun or Postmark), which receives your email address and the message we send you, the AI model provider we use to generate Seer and dream responses, and the web search provider the Seer uses (Tavily, Serper, Exa or Brave), which receives the search words described in section 3. We choose AI providers whose business terms prohibit training their models on our customers' content. A provider may keep content for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring, as stated in its terms.
• Payment processors: Stripe, Inc. and PayPal, Inc. process your payment. For some payment data they act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
• Legal and safety reasons: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of A7 CLOUD, our users or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to this policy. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your direction: for example, when you share a reading link with someone.

7. International Transfers

A7 CLOUD is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When the law requires it, for example for data from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Vietnam, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and we meet the cross-border transfer requirements of local law. By creating an account, you consent to the transfer of your personal data outside your country as described in this policy, where consent is required.

9. Security

We make commercially reasonable efforts to protect personal data. We use HTTPS for every connection, store passwords only as salted hashes, store login sessions and sign-in links only as hashes, store your birth profile and your chest encrypted with a key unique to your account, support passkeys, encrypt every backup of the database with our own key, rely on our infrastructure provider's encryption at rest, and limit access to personal data to those who need it to run the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and these are commitments of effort, not guarantees of result. If a breach affects your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to contain it and notify you and the authorities as required by law. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Use.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing; and to appeal our decision on a request. You can close your account and delete its data in your account settings at any time. We then send a deletion receipt to your email address.

To make a request, email info@a7cloud.com from the email address on your account. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires, generally within 30 days in the EEA and the United Kingdom and within 45 days under US state laws. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

EEA and United Kingdom

You have the rights described above under the GDPR or UK GDPR, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

United States, including Texas and California

Residents of states with privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act, have the right to know and access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or profile users in that way. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request.

We collect these categories of personal information: identifiers (email address), account login credentials (password hash or passkey public key), personal characteristics you enter for readings (name, sex, birth date, time and place), commercial information (coin purchases), and internet activity information (limited technical data processed by Cloudflare). We use account login credentials only to sign you in. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General, including the Texas Attorney General.

Vietnam

Under Vietnam's personal data protection law, you have the right to be informed about processing, to give and withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to obtain a copy of your data, and to make a complaint. By creating an account, you consent to the processing described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account or emailing us.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia

If you live in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines or India, you have the rights your local privacy law gives you. These generally include the right to know what we hold about you, to access and correct it, to have it deleted, to withdraw your consent, and to complain to your privacy regulator. Email us to use them, and we will respond within the time your law requires.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Account holders between 16 and the age of majority where they live need the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we hold personal data of a child under 16, we will delete it. 12. Changes to This Policy

We will post any new version of this policy with a new version number and effective date. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or on the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect, and ask them to review it at their next sign-in.
